RETURN POLICY
MqFrames.com stands behind all of our products. In the event there is a problem with the order due to our error, please notify us as soon as possible so we can issue a call-tag to get the incorrect merchandise back to us and your corrected order shipped right out to you.
Please report all damage claims to the shipper and MqFrames.com within 48 hours. We will make every effort to send you a replacement order as soon as possible in the event of a damaged shipment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise purchased from MqFrames.com, you may return the item (s) within 14 days from the date the order was shipped. Once received in excellent condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item (s) returned minus a 20% restocking fee. All refunds for purchases made by credit card will be in the form of a credit to the same card used for the original purchase. Before returning an item, please email sales@MqFrames.com or call 718-460-2787 for a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA)
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error.
All unsolicited returns will not be considered for a refund.
Shipping
Packaging
MqFrames.com custom packs each and every order. We go to great length to ensure your Frames will arrive to you in perfect condition. Our shipping rates include cost of custom packaging materials, labor, and transportation fees.
A Note about our packaging and the Environment....
Our Packaging been designed in plain brown cardboard as opposed to the bleach white packaging that add bleach and dye waste to the environment. We also try to reuse any cardboard materials in good condition. These materials are usually in "Like New" condition. Please join us in helping the earth by recycling your packages.
Ground Shipping
- All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or US Postal System.
- Shipping charges for orders being shipped in the 48 continental US are 13.5% of the total amount of your order.
- If your order is being shipped outside of the 48 continental US, shipping costs are determined when the order is complete. We will contact you before shipping for approval of any additional shipping charges.
- Minimum shipping charge is $6.95
- Maximum shipping charge is $85.00
- All orders with mat, plexi, or backing over 54 United Inches will be charged an additional $8.00 per order; Orders over 65 United Inches will be charged $16.00 and if your order is over 71 United Inches, you will be charged $24.00. (If you have multiple items over 54 United Inches, you WILL NOT be charged per item).
Air Shipping
Next Day air, Second Day, and Three Day air shipping options are available. Due to the nature of our product we are not able to determine the weight and size of the custom cut items for shipping by air. Rates for air shipping are calculated by weight and will be quoted when your order is complete and ready to ship. We will contact you at that time for approval with the additional charges. Orders must be received by 12:00 noon CST to be process the day the order is placed. Orders place after 12:00 noon CST will be processed on the next business day.
APO & FPO
APO & FPO must be shipped via USPS. UPS and Fedex will not deliver to APO & FPO.
Additional shipping charges may apply with shipping USPS.
Orders shipped to HI, AK, PR, VI
Orders shipped to HI, AK, PR, or VI will be shipped via USPS additional postal charge may apply. Shipments can be expedited shipping via air.
International Orders
We can ship to all countries around the world. Shipping charges will be figured once the shipment is packed and ready to ship. MQframes will use the most economic and reliable company to get your shipment to you. Once we have figured out the charges for you shipment MQframes will Email the cost to you. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes that my apply shipping from the USA to your country.
Duties & Taxes
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance for each order is your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the charges may be. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information. International customers please be aware cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities in your country.
Measurement Instructions
If your artwork is not matted and you are not ordering a mat:
Measure the horizontal and vertical dimensions of your artwork and input that exact size for the window opening.
If your artwork is already matted:
Measure the outside dimension of your mat board, and put that exact size in for the window opening.
If you are ordering matting and a frame:
In order for your artwork to fit properly, measure it and then subtract 1/4 from both the horizontal and vertical dimensions (this will overlap 1/8. on each side). Input that dimension for the window opening. This will guarantee that your artwork will not fall through the opening we cut in the mat.
*All frames have a lip of about 1/4 on all 4 sides that holds the artwork in.
*When you are adding matting, the frame size is automatically calculated by the website when you adjust the matting borders.
Custom Wood Frames
Click the Wood Frame link located on the main menu bar. On the left hand side you will find a list of profile styles, and on the right you will see a random selection of nine Wood Frame corners. Clicking a profile style you will be shown corner samples of the frames to choose from. You may change the displaying order, and/or the quantity of corner samples displayed on this page. Selecting a frame corner will launch you into Frames By Mail’s custom frame calculator.
Example:
You would like to view Gold Plain Wood Frames. Select the Wood Frame link. Next you would click the link to Gold Plain. This will take to you the corner samples. Upon your selection you will launch into Frames By Mail custom frame calculator.
Photo Frames
Click the Photo Frame link located on the main menu bar. On the left hand side you will find a list of categories, and on the right you will see a random selection of nine Photo Frames. Clicking a category you like will show the available Photo Frames to choose from. You may change the displaying order, and/or the quantity of corner samples displayed on this page.
Example:
You would like to view Simplicity. Select the Photo Frame link. Next you would click the link to Simplicity. This will take to you the Simplicity Photo Frames. Once you find a Photo Frame you like click on it. Shown is the large picture of the photo frame and the available sizes. Select a size and enter the quantity then add the Photo Frames to your cart.

Click the Ready Made Frame link located on the main menu bar. On the left hand side you will find a list of categories, and on the right you will see a random selection of nine Ready Made Frames. Clicking a category you like will show the available Ready Made Frames to choose from. You may change the displaying order, and/or the quantity of corner samples displayed on this page.
